• Forests provide unique opportunity to acquire both land ownership and intrinsic value in timber. Bulgaria is known for its magnificent forests, mainly pine and oak trees, but also other rare and expensive species. Wood is commodity; it is listed on several stock exchanges and is traded actively. If chopped carefully, the forest regenerates naturally and there is no need for replanting. Great advantage is that all Bulgarian forests (also the private ones) are guarded by armed foresters free of charge for the owner.
  
  We select with great care all forests we buy for our Customers. It is important that the forest hasn’t be chopped recently, its location, access, trees characteristics, plot shape, etc. We are very careful to select plots with slight inclination and the right exposure towards the sun. Working closely with specialists from the Sofia’s “University of Forestry”, we ensure that the best knowledge is put in action in order to provide best quality forest plots to our valued Customers.
